Why we started this

Before Dunlin & Co., Michael spent 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, where the job was noticing what others missed.

Since then he has looked closely at how established rental companies on this coast actually run: their booking channels, their cleaning, their guest reviews. Most of what goes wrong is small, and it goes wrong because nobody is checking. That's the part we focus on.

A guest who has a good stay comes back, often booking direct the next time. That's good for the house, good for the owner, and it's how we want to grow.
